RETURN POLICY
The return period, if you wish to cancel a purchase, is 7 working days from the day you receive the goods, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as the goods are returned in the condition in which they were sold. Shipping costs however will not be refunded.
We want the customer to be completely satisfied with the purchases so please notify us about any problems so we can solve it the best way we can.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide, we work with three transport companies with whom we have established a solid and efficient partnership in the complex world of fragile objects transportation.
It all starts in our warehouse, where the pieces are carefully packed following techniques of shock absorption and enhancing the rigidity of the package this type of packaging has no costs to the customer, however we prefer to send the goods in wooden crates that we provide to our customers at really low prices ensuring a truly safe transportation.
All transports are insured by the value of the merchandise and shipping so that, in case something goes wrong, the client will have no loss.
Any request for a transport is welcome, the full address of the recipient is always necessary.
